Well in a fiscal policy we want to increase government spending during a recession. By increasing government spending it will "suppose to help us"(forgot to mention that not always do these policies work cause we might have corrupted government officials or what we expect the people of our country to do not do) by creating future benefits or creating more government jobs. There are a lot of benefits by doing so but not always will it work.

Both have plans to do that.
The difference is. McCain wants to get rid of the wasteful spending, and focus on the spending that actually helps us... basically cut out the corruption.
Both for example are for the building of "Green Energy Jobs." more or less anyway... Obama seems oddly fixated on corn ethanol... which is just bad.
By doing both that and cutting the corporate tax you increase jobs on "both ends" private and Public. Instead of just having to provide government jobs because the public sector jobs are all drying up.
