Not entirely. Its more of a question to ask how the fanbases feel about this subject now, both X360 owners and some PS3 owners. 4 months ago, it was a huge question, as the PS3 had a great future lineup, but the X360 had the best lineup of 2008, and everyone was disputing where things would go. Remember the whole "Star Ocean 4 is coming to PS3 exclusively" story that was posted in the Sony forums? I do.

Too bad I don't have my finances invested into whomever wins the console wars. This could be Microsoft's last console for all I care. What I do care about are RPGs. I've been playing RPGs since Final Fantasy 2 on SNES debuted in the US. It was my first Nintendo Power magazine with Cecil on the cover, and I own a large portion of the SNES's entire library f RPGs. I'm not arguing console wars, just RPGs.

I asked a question, and you didn't feel the need to answer. For all I know, there could be 50 RPGs that the PS3 is getting that I don't know about. How does the new NIS PS3 RPG change things? These are the kinds of questions I'd like to see fielded in this thread by PS3 fans. You quickly forget how much PS3 RPG fans have held series like Tales, Star Ocean, and Final Fantasy over Xbox 360 owners for 2 years now. If you want to eat crow, feel free to do it, but do it dignified, rather than just say that I'm making a crappy move to throw dirt at PS3 owners, because I'm not.

Glad I care more about good games instead of who win's the console war.  If I did I would only own the Wii but instead I own the 2nd and 3rd place consoles and enjoy them both.

Good games are what matter and more for everyone is a good thing.  Funny how when what people use to justify their purchase comes into question they revert back to things that are irrelevant to overall enjoyment of their games and console of choice.

Great listing, I like how you called individuals out by quote, rather than just here-say. In regards to the topic, yes the 360 is this Gen's undisputed leader for RPG's.

I am happy that Sony is getting several of the above games as timed releases because more gamers will get to experience those titles are two great systems vice one.

Putting aside any fanboyism, you would be completely blind to not admit that the 360 has flipped its standing this Gen in regards to......well.....everything, but especially being a primary home to RPG's.

They will never be the leader of any rpgs for that matter. Unless Kingdom Hearts III is a 360 exclusive, there not the leader of any rpgs.

There are plenty of RPGs on all of the systems. I personally prefer strategy RPGs, the 360 is severely lacking in this area.

Probably not that long.  They're all from the same thread i believe.  Where Mr. Stickball basically said "360 has all these great JRPGS and WRPGS and more coming and wii and 360 have nothing."

While a bunch of people basically said "FF13 is better then all other JRPGs combined."

If it wasn't posted by a mod, it would be considered a trolling thread. Not that I dislike seeing the PS3 owners whine or even worse going into damage control like saying that the MAG news eclipses completely the FFXIII news.

While Stickball has a point, the fact that he went through all of this work to do it makes me wonder about his motive. He basically cheated his way around necro-posting.

I don't know what intentions that he had with this thread, but it seems like it was to rub it in peoples faces, which is despicable at best, and a down right douchy move, especially from someone in power.
