They won't annouce KH3 until after the 2 handheld games for the DS and PSP have been released and people have unlocked the secret endings that introduce slightly the story behind KH3....then at the next TGS, they'll officially anounce it.

KHIII will be for the 360/PS3. Microsoft will make sure it hits their platform, just like FFXIII.
