MGS4

I don't think mgs4 would go, hideo stated in an interview that he wants people to have to buy aps3 to play his mgs4 title cuz that's the system it would play best on.

People please its to soon to be talking about this, i am still recovering from the FF please dont scare me any further

The rest of the major PS3 exclusives are internaly deveoped so MGS4 is the only exclusive that could really go to the 360.

But no one is exactly sure of the terms of MGS4's agreement so even mentioning that game doesn't really make sense , it's likely to stay PS3 exclusive with it's current sales peformance.

Maybe we should turn the question? I mean, multis are going everywhere, so expect a Mass Effect/GeoW3 on PS3 aswell...only 1st partys are gonna stay exclusive in the long run :P


Also, Bill Gates may be the richest man in the world, but that doesn't mean MS is the richest as well, i'm sure I've read b4 that Sony as a company has more $$$ than MS as a whole...i don't know about the game department of both, but i'm sure Sony's has been more successful.

@ makolnfused. Yes sony's games departments does rake in more money with their combined sales of ps2s, ps3s and psps. HOWEVER microsoft has a LOT more money to spend . Profit in 07 4 microsoft -14 billion dollars 4 sony 4 billion dollars...

Tekken6 6 and MGS4 are the only 3rd party exclusives left this year. I'm not sure about Tekken 6 because I don't know how anyone could play it with the 360 controller but it'll probably go multi. But for mgs4, I doubt it or Sony would be feeling extremely stupid for letting Konami off the license fee and bundling the game aand it would be more expensive to port than the average due to other in-game issues.

FF vs XIII is the last 3rd party exclusive but expect M$ to announce it for 360 in E3 2009 lol. Sony 1st party studios better step up (looking at SCEJ)!

Well, since Sony doesn't care about third party developers anymore and is arrogant enough to believe they can compete with first party titles alone, there is bound to be more....

So far, GTAIV, RE5, DMC4, FFXIII, F1, Star Ocean, etc.....what's next?

I'd say either FFversus (next E3) or Metal Gear Solid...there really isn't anything else big to lose that they don't own the IP for.  I'd say Kingdom Hearts 3, but I expect that on the Wii not the 360.

I'm really disappointed with Sony's "strategy" or lack thereof, this generation.
