Well M$ are out the door first. People will try and swing this anyway they can to say it was just ok, but I fell off my chair a few times.

They balanced the casual with hardcore perfectly, and a brilliant choice not to go down wiimote road. My girlfriend loved the live games and avatars, in fact I think it's ingenius on M$ part to have multiple friends going arounf dashboard playing, watching films or chatting together. Why do I pay for Live? This is exactly why.

One thing that jumped out for me is how good the graphics on exclusives were. Sony better hope KZ2 looks significantly better than 2 weeks ago, because Fable2 and Gears 2 went into another league. Fables lighting was stunning, and Gears detail was 2nd to none.

2 square enix titles out this year and of course I couldnt believe my eyes when I heard that the 360 version of FF13 will be ready to launch alongside the american and european Ps3 versions. Although Japan gets PS3 version first.

Dashboard is a massively better area and has tons more features than the competition. Spin the conference how you want, but I've never seen so much damage control from Sony fans.

Yeah, I hope they put that Gears 2 demostration on live. I was floored by how well it looked, and that was at standard def on G4. The backgrounds really added to the immersion of the game. They still have a few tricks up their sleeve. Halo Chronicles being the main one.

I really liked it alot, they seemed inspired and pretty much gave the audience what they wanted and more.
