Sony does have FF13 -- it may not have an effect on PS3 sales in NA, like it would have otherwise, but I think that, in the big picture, this is a pretty minor point, just like MGS4 is pretty minor, in the grand scheme of things.  Halo3 is the only exclusive I can even think of that actually moved a serious number of consoles, and I don't think FF13 was going to come close to that.  It'll still likely be better on the PS3 than the 360 (since the 360 version is pretty clearly going to be a port, from SE's statements), and that may motivate a fair number of people by itself.

Sony has a decent number of cool titles coming up that we know are going to be shown.  No more or less than MS, I would say, although they may very well announce some new stuff -- we know for certain that MS didn't, except for Lips, which was basically known already.

We won't know what Sony has up its sleeves until tomorrow afternoon.  To imagine that its "nothing" would be foolhardy, I think.

I agree with Mifely, lets see what Sony brings out.

I dont think it can overcome the the anti microsoft and anti US positions of people outside NA.
