Forums - Sony - What do you hope Twisted Metal is like on the PS3?

Would you rather Eat Sleep Play go with the real Twisted Metal 4 to follow 1, 2 and Head-On, or do you prefer the style of Twisted Metal Black, and hope they make another of those? Or would you rather they throw a curveball and make it different from the two (on foot segments)?

I would love any type, but i think it's time for a new game in the Black series. Unlike the other games, I would always be on edge playing TMB because of how fast and hectic each level was. I also think the graphic style would translate well to the PS3.

TM fans, what type of game do you want? Also what characters would you like to see return besides the inevitable Sweet Tooth, Warthog, Roadkill and Grimm?

Around the Network

I agree that it's probably time for a new Black. Online has to be the major component of this game, but don't make it online only!!! I want to be able to play an online co-op mode. I also think it was too difficult to kill enemies in TM:B; missiles did so little damage. And finally, we need Axel

My Top 5:

Shadow of the Colossus, Metal Gear Solid 3, Shenmue, Skies of Arcadia, Chrono Trigger

My 2 nex-gen systems: PS3 and Wii

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.

One of my biggest fears is an online only game...The only reason I think it won't be online only is that the ending movies are one of the things that appear in every game, like a series staple, so I have hope.

I realized I didn't even answer one of my own questions, so I would like to see Thumper and Shadow return.

Yeah, i really loved those crazy stories of TM, hope they come back HD! 8)

co-op would be nice, offline and online
