Ok so i got Xenosaga episode III. I am indeed on a TB RPG kick rite now.

I do believe the right side of my brain imploded and leaked out of my left nostril while i was trying to understand the story.... And they were saying that MSG had a lot of cut scenes XD

But overall i really like the mech battle system...and graphicly the game is really a powerhouse... the enviroments are enormous and beutifly constructed...

I do have a question... Im guessing you have to get the other episodes to actually get the story... I was hoping to know if thats true because if this is a stand alone story im going to kill myself...............

Yeah, Xenosaga is a cutscene heavy game. I mean, they may not be as long, but it's like a billion of htem.

so what caused the cheif to retire is in the the other game correct?

Yeah the story if you haven't played the others won't make a lick of sense :D Play the first one, read about the second one (avoid playing dear god) and then finish the 3rd one :P A few fun facts!

1.) KOS-MOS is friggin hot >_> and don't even get me started on T-elos... mmmmmm
2.) The overall story is still a bit confusing >_>
3.) Momo can learn to stfu
4.) Ziggy is the shit :D

(Ok maybe some of those aren't facts, but man I miss that series!!! I want to watch..**ERHM* play it again so bad!)

I somewhat understand all of the hate the second game gets, but it's still enjoyable. I think that it's the only game that I have where the bosses are easier than the normal enemies.

@Cactus, my beef with the second one actually ONLY stems from the fact, that they didn't keep the same voice actors, and the ones they got... in my opinion... kinda sucked :( Once you figured out the battle system it was actually decently fun, just... the bad.. .acting... and well... KOS-MOS wasn't as hot in that one... >_>

That and they had VERY LITTLE focus on KOS-MOS to begin with :/ She was such an amazing character in the first game and it was such an amazing series because of her to me, the shift away from her story turned me off a bit :(
