Just started typing and by an amazing coincidence they're talking about this on BBC News 24 in the background. "Mother blames original game for her son's murder," "Quite right it was banned," says some pundit with balding, curly ginger hair.
Give me strength, if this where in any other media there would not be a problem. It's just because it's a game that there's a problem. Way to support the burgeoning UK games industry BBFC - twats!
I'm not too sure if it's good or bad news for the Wii in the UK - good signal to send to 'hardcore' (that word should always be used in quotation marks) gamers, but bad news for the Wii's family friendly image.
The first videogame ban I am aware of in the UK BTW.
