360 only. Unless announced otherwise, the most that will happen is a timed port on PC since this was made as console RTS from the ground up.

I think there will be significant differences from normal PC RTS. This will focus more on up close battles, skirmishes, important parts of the battlefield and much less on micro management and resource getting.
