I think Resistance 2 is the better game based souly on the fact it has a story AND 60 player multiplayer. Though I think Left 4 Dead is going to be amazing. just, not so amazing if I dont have any friends on, unlike R2.

Sorry Naz but my pc is only for the internet and battle for wesnoth. If there is no PS3 port. It will be 360 purchase time.

Buy a PC.  Valve games play like crap on consoles.

Untrue; Portal and the Half Life series were identical.

 

Ignoring the one thing that matters most: The gameplay.  They are designed to be played with a keyboard, and although it's possible to play them with a gamepad, it's definitely not optimal.  It's gonna suck even more in L4D where you can't turn off friendly fire.  You have to be dead accurate, or you'll be dead.  Or you console gamers can just stick to easy mode.

A mouse only makes any difference in online games. It hardly plays like crap when you have to aim at zombies in Half Life who can barely move, or aim at immobile walls in Portal..

PC elitism is such a yawn-fest.

It's simple. Left 4 Dead has zombies. Left 4 Dead also let's you be a zombie. Resistance 2 doesn't allow either of those things. Left 4 Dead wins.

Question for anyone that knows. Are PC and 360 players going to be able to play together on this game, or is it seperate?

I think they have stated this was not going to happen.

since left 4 dead is a zombie game, which is not my type of game, i would definitely pick resistance 2.

Which has been done in shooters. Minus the 50 chimera... which really is just more enmies which isn't new.

Now the AI director. That... that is a real step foward if done correctly.

Not just for FPS either.

They stated it was separate.  PC gamers don't want to be on teams with people using gamepads. 

No seriously though.  It's a team game, and you need everyone in the team to be coordinated and using the same controls.
