Michael Jackson hasn't/doesn't even write most of his own stuff does he?

Wasn't the first material released by Justin Timerlake actually written for Michael Jackson?

I was into Michael Jackson for a short time when I was about 11/12, ironically little did I know he would probably have been into me as well :/

For me a true artist is someone that writes and sings the majority of their own stuff although he is a great performance artist.
