Best:XENOGEARS
Worst: FFXII
Best: I can`t really think of a JRPG that could maintain a good, interesting and beliavable story till the end. Tales of Phantasia was the closest one.
Can I list 20+ games into the worst storyline?

Games are not suppose to be believable. They are suppose to be an escapism from the pressures in life.
Best: Xenogears and FFX,
Worst: Legaia 2:Duel Saga (excellent battle system though)
Kingdom Hearts, pretty much any Suikoden and Final Fantasy VIII are all excellent as well.
There hasn't been a Final Fantasy story that I didn't like. Xenosaga was stellar, Star Ocean:Second Story was pretty good, SO3 was decent and I liked both Valkyrie Profile's.

There are several degrees of beliavable. I can understand and sympathize with a Hero trying to kill God to retrieve mankind`s freedom. However I can`t understand someone trying to destroy all existence just because he is angry or got a childhood trauma.

You should really play SMT: Nocturne, then. It makes an extremely persuasive case for JRPG developers to latch on to the ICO-style "less is more" brand of storytelling. While the game does include cutscenes, they're sparsely placed, and only serve to signify extremely important events. Furthermore, they don't put words in your character's mouth, which is always a "no-no" for good game storytelling. As a result, because the game isn't diluted with loads of trite dialogue and boring, action-less cutscenes, the story remains fresh and interesting throughout.
I'll agree with you generally, though.
"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
