Hey guys, i had a very strange incident happen to me. I downloaded wolf of the battlefield here the other day to my ps3 and installed it. Didn't start it because i was busy with other things.
Then later when i boot up my ps3 my controller wont turn the machine on. I go to turn it on manually but my controllers (none of them) seem to sync up with my system. After trying this for a little while i connect one of my controllers to the charger cable (same one used to connect the psp) and then (as i had figured it probably would) the controller worked as it should.
Now this made me quite nervous and i even went as far as to wonder if my triplelicious was dying here.
I then tried making it work but after 10 mins realised that i might have to have my controllers connected from now on. Even tried disconnecting to see that the controllers lost their connection with the machine...
I started to wonder what i did last time it was turned on and realised that i had downloaded and installed this demo. Wolf of the battlefield: Commando 3 (or something similar) and then went to uninstall the game. I then turned of the ps3 and waited a little to then start it up again. This time when i unconnected the cable my controller resyncd and i could connect the other controllers aswell.. This is a very strange issue and i was wondering if other people might have had it ?
Note that i haven't had any problems since, but i'm not gonna redownload that demo.. thats for certain. :p
EDIT: might have to note that i have the infamous 2.4 patch.. but it was a while after i had gotten it that it happened. And it did seem to be dependent on that game for some odd reason.
