Oh crap that is a good one twesterm.
What's the answer?

That's not a paradox. He'll pass the tortoise in about 2 minutes.
A paradox is this:
Achilles needs to go to the bathroom. The bathroom is 100 meters away. He walks halfway there, and has 50 meters left, he walks halfway and has 25 meters left, he walks halfway and has 12.5 meters left, etc. etc. etc.
He walks halfway there infinitely and can never reach it.
Of course, that's assuming he can only walk halfway, and can't just jump the last nanometer.
The spinning record doesn't mess with my head. It's just rotational velocity. The rotational velocity (rpm) is the same at any point on the record, but the linear velocity will be different at every distance from the center. Luckily my turntable can handle this and play my music.

Paradoxes are just fine. This is what the dialectic was founded on.
Oh crap, nevermind, I missed the earlier halfway forever paradox.
Paradoxes are fun to tease people that never went to school, then they scream at you and call you a nerd, so yea paradoxes are fun

The only one I seem to understand is the Limit of a sequence.
Kimi wa ne tashika ni ano toki watashi no soba ni ita

10x = 100 +.1x
--> 9.9x = 100
--> x= 10.01010101...etc
So there is an answer, it's just not infinity. Yes the decimal can go on forever, but that still doesn't make the answer infinity. you can just say between 10.00 and 10.02

It's one of those things that is a simple solution but just messes with your head if you think about it too much.
Oh that's not nice twesterm.
You made me mess with my head.

This is only a misconception. The misconception is that an infinite amount of terms necessarily equals an infinite amount. You can have an infinite amount of terms like this:
1/2 + 1/4 + 1/8 + 1/16 + 1/32 + 1/64 + 1/128 ... = 1
The amount of terms (or points) is not equal to an infinite amount of space. Or in other words, you cover an infinite amount of points every time you move but you don't cover an infinite amount of space.
