I love my 360. in my opinion it is the best console in the world ever. it proves that the 360 has the best games library because it sells heaps of software and has survived the RROD. i just want to know what it is you love about your 360 that still made you buy it after the RROD outbreak

I invite you to look at the past and present business practices of Microsoft.

OOXML vote rigging

Embrace, extend, extinguish (see also Netscape, Novell patent deal, SCO litigation funding)

Abuse of monopoly position with Software Assurance, MOUs with governments and OEM deals) and then not giving value for money (no new version of Windows in 5 years for subscribed organisation)

Making products deliberately incompatible

Undocumented APIs to lock out competitors (Internet Explorer and others)

Vista Capable stickers

Copyright/DRM deals that force it on users (Zune, Vista)

Refusing to give Windows refunds (not following own EULA)

Deals with developing countires to provide many copies of Windows/Office for verycheap prices and then raising them when the product has bevome entrenched

Use of market position to force broken formats on people and then use the monopoly time to patch then to a barely-working and not interoperable state. (see also Silverlight-HP deal, .NET/XNA/C#/SMIL, DirectX, OOXML, WMA, WMV, Vista,

Vague patent threats without taking it to court but retaining the option of doing so

Illegal bundling of Internet Explorer (US) and Windows Media Player (EU)

Various EU fines

"Get the Facts" FUD campaign

I wasnt aware of rrod when I got mine.

My favorite party is that it has awesome rpgs like eternal sonata, soon to be tales of vesperia and infinite discovery. Plus the xbla has some really addicting games and xbox live is so much fun(dont forget pass games like bioshock and masss effect), plus i got mine last sunday(EPIC).

Official Member of the Xbox 360 squad!

I just love XBox Live. Yesterday, I played Halo3 together with a friend for 8 hours. It is just awesome how well it works. In contrast to the crowd thats just yelling out something they have heard on the internet, I think Microsoft really pushed the console-market. They had a well working Internet-support years before a competitor thought about it (excluding Sega), they established FPS on a console with Halo CE, they are the first ones with Video on Demand, they invented achievements, they created Xbox Live Arcade and maybe they will establish RTS on the console with Halo Wars. And even if you don't like MS, you have to respect these things.

I really like Nintendo, too. They are very risky with there moves and they also created great things. They had their rumble Pack first, they had a analog stick first and now they have the wiimote. It is too sad, that I don't like the wiimote to play with. I would be a proud wii-owner by now. But Nintendo can live without me as it seems :D

In a word: I like consoles with brand new features. Microsoft and Nintendo are the companies I like most. I will get the next Nintendo if it uses a regular controller.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

Another "Cyberspace Che Guevara"

Uhmmm, do you play any games mate? Cause when I play a game I like, I don't give a shit whether it is MS's or Sony's or Ninty's.

I don't own a PS3. I despise PS3 and Sony's behaviour against the consumers, who they treat like they're some kind of sheep herd. But, I would be blind and stupid if i didn't accept the fact that they can produce some (many)  great quality games.
