you could buy the game and have like 2-3 days to exchange it even if you opened the seal?

I know it sounds crazy but I can swear that I have seen some of you guys say that you have done it.

so I am wondering is it doable? if so which store in NA?

Nope... Not where I'm from! Although they know me well at my local gameshops so I don't think it'd be that hard to get somekind of refund on my purchase if I show them the receipt.

On another note; I know a gamestore that sells Brawl for 34.95$... Brand new!

And MGS4 for 47.95$! !!
