I guess it depends on the water. but I'd probably go with suffication.

Though Ive always wanted to do the Navy Seal thing where they drown you and then resussitate(sp) yu. That sounds badass!

Supposedly your body floods itself with adrenaline in a last second panic to make you fight for your life, but it's too late, and it's too much adrenaline, so it's like being shot full of heroin at the last second and you die in a euphoric bliss. Some folks actually fight the lifeguards off of them in a craze when they're already in this phase. Could be fun!
