I cant find it, it doesnt tell me I need an update, and when I go to system update it says I have the latest update. What do I do.

Sony pulled 2.40 from their servers, there are too many bugs in it and causing problems for some users

I couldn't get it either. Didn't get home in time before they noticed whatever the issue was.
