Re4 is a better game imo, but why are we comparing them?

resident evil 4 is the better game though gears had great multi player the single player of re4 was just too amazing

RE4 is better but both are AAA

Resident Evil 4 is easily among the best games of last generation. Wii Edition is even better. As far as classic game design, surprises, story, and pay off are concerned, RE4 wins hands down. Any yet, I'd rather play Gears of War. Funny how that works out.

As far as single player goes, I thought Resident Evil 4 was far superior ... Even though it was a much longer campaign, I enjoyed it more; typically I find shorter campaigns more enjoyable because a lot of long campaigns drag at the end.

The one thing Gears of War has going for it is its multiplayer campaign, which is really enjoyable.

Overall, yeah RE4 FTW.

Even though GoW has multiplayer, I had no interest in playing the campaign more than once, yet, I've played through RE4 3 times and is one of the very few I games I will not resell because it is just awesome.

RE4 is better... I have finish it like 10 times and GoW, none... I got bored
