If he doesn't respond within the set time period to at least set up a date then he forfeits his position to you.

Ya know... I kind of find it humorous to see people picking counterpicks before the match has even started. The point of counterpicks is to pick a stage your opponent should do worse on by observation of their tactics.

To each his own though.
