Forums - Gaming - MSG4 on XBOX360?

lol I like this thread. i would like this thread to be renamed "Wishful Thinking". We wish the 360 get a MGS4, we wish that the 360 outsells the ps3 even though it is over priced for what it is and is a last generation console. We wish that the 360 will be able to have a long healthy life with the aid of Gears of War 2. It almost seems as if other then Gears of War and Xbox Live, there isn't much on offer.

But to end this, lets just say we wish that is a 360 in Hideo San's office (the top dog of the company seems to share and sit in a small over crowded cubicle) and he will be making a stealth version of Gears of War where Solid Snake joins the fight against the locusts :)

It appears that MGS4 is wanted by xbox owners but I don't think most of the 360 fanbase would care much for MGS4 after they played it. MGS4 looks nice and shiny when looking at vids and screenshots but its way to comatose in gameplay for what 360 fanbase is used to.

Around the Network

MGS 4 on 7 discs in a store near you in 2010. lol

OK so...because a developer owns a 360 he will therefore bring the PS3 game he develops to the 360?

Would that be sort of like assuming someone was going to use their toothbrush on their armpits just because they have armpits?

I'm pretty sure he is allowed to own and play 360 games whilst developing a PS3 exclusive...the fabric of space-time isn't going to rip or anything its cool..I checked it out with Al

Can you use a 360 to brush your armpits?

I think MGS4 would do better than Substance did on Xbox. Substance was my introduction to MGS, and having already played Splinter Cell, it kind of killed the whole experience for me. I finally picked up a PS2 and played through MGS and MGS3 which warmed me up to the series, but it's MGS4 that's truly won me over... in terms of gameplay - I could live without the lifetime's worth of cinematics that seem to pop up every time I turn a corner. I would be willing to re-purchase the game for some extra goodies if it were released for the 360 (like Twin Snakes, Substance, and Subsistence). Hell, I'd even buy a third copy for my Wii, but I'm not sure if I'd have the storage space for a 360 and Wii edition.
