I just beat the game, stayed up until 4 am to beat it lol, anyways I just started over again and have none of my weapons.  Do I have to meet up with the Mark 2 or did I lose all of them?

You'll have to load your game,not start a new one.You'll then be prompted to select your difficulty and begin to start a new game.

You load your game, start a new one from there, then you get all your weapons back when you meet back up with the Mark II.

 Are you serious? i've been thinking of ways to start a new game with my previous equipment, and it's as simple as that? well, damn.
