I just used it to transfer some arcade game that I bought on my first Elite. It was "returned" because Target refused to price match the price drop. They said if I want to get it at new lower price I have to return and re-buy it.
It seems to work, I can play those games without being on Live now.

yeah man...you can do it only once a year but im sure if you have 2 excahnges in a year they should make an exception when you call microsoft support.
