Usually when a software proyect gets help from others devs almost at the end of the dev cycle is not a good sig....

They never said when the received help from these other studios.

And that's just the way SCEWWS works. All the studios help each other out. In the credits of Uncharted, they thanked Insomniac, Sony Santa Monica, Guerrilla Games, Polyphony Digital, Incognito, and a few others.

Look how Uncharted turned out.

 

And in the credits for MGS4 they thanked Ubisoft and the Assassin's Cread team.

That was for allowing Kojima Productions to include Altair's Costume in the game as unlockable camouflage free of charge.

 

 

I don't know about that, but I do remember an interview with both Kojima and the woman who headedup Assassin's Cread and Kojima gave credit to the people at Ubisoft because they were trying to do something and failing and thought it was impossible until they saw Assassin's Cread and how they did it in there.
