I just looked at that 100 SNES games video, after which i looked up a 100 NES games one (which apperently also exists). I had this flashback of a game i played on the NES, but i have totally forgotten the name of it, while i really want to relive the memories. I think I either sold the game or lost it somehow..

The game was about knights i think, you were playing a guy with a sword in dark worlds. I think the color red was present the most. It also was a 2D side scrolling game, but that's of course quite common for NES games. It was more of an action/adventure game i guess. The game was unpopular so i'm searching for a game that sold on a small scale (i can't find it on our database but i'm perhaps not looking good enough).

Any of you old-schoolers have an idea?

um im not sure, exactly what. but one knight game i can think of is astyanax. that was a side scroller with a knight in it.

Okay to be a bit more specific. I remember the character being medium to large on the screen. The worlds were solid and there wasn't a lot of jumping to do. I remembers gates and such
