Forums - Gaming - Does anyone else hate watching trailors/previews of anticipated games?

I find that the more I like of a series, the less I want to see previews and trailors because I want the experience to stay fresh in my mind. I find that with trailors/previews it feels like i've already played parts of the game before I actually play them and it doesn't feel like a fresh experience.

Since there are so many games coming out, I pretty much have a media embargo operating. I don't think I'll look at anything except for the E3 coverage for the rest of the year. I don't even go to game sites anymore!

So do you find trailors and previews good/bad or do you even go as far as to not look like I do?

Tease.

Around the Network

I am not too fussed for the most part really, but I will be trying to keep away from as much news of the next Zelda game as possible.

I like knowing as much about a game as I can before buying it.

If money was no object or we lived in fantasy land where all games were good, then maybe I'd avoid trailers/demos and the like however money is a factor and we don't live in fastasy land (some posters probably do...).
