Paramount sued over Godfather games for $1.000.000

Antony Puzo, the son of the famous godfather writer Mario Puzo sued them. He wants the money cause of the Godfather game made in 2006

in 1992 Mario made a deal with Paramount that he would get a % of the income of any projects that involved the Godfather

Strange thing is that EA who made the Godfather game is not mentioned in this lawsued

EA isn't mentioned because they weren't a party to the contract between Puzo and Paramount. EA has nothing to do with whether or not Paramount upholds its obligations.
