I just picked up a 360 and need suggestions of good games to play.

I prefer really long and involved games, and I'm not looking for anything that's also out on PS3.

Try a few RPGs? Mass Effect, Lost Odyssey, Eternal Sonata, Blue Dragon?

How about Crackdown, Culdcept Saga, Dead Rising, Saints Row, Test Drive Unlimited (or the other 3-4 exclusive racers)?

Just depends on genre...There are plenty of good 360 games not available on PS3.

These are great recommendations. I would also get Bioshock, if you have not played it on the PC (if you have a good PC, I would get ME and Bioshock for that). Kameo is a launch title, but it's not bad.

Also, Forza 2 is a great racing game, if you don't mind using a controller or a less then optimum wheel.

Oh, and this is outside of what you were asking for, but if you have never played Gears of War, it's worth a play. It's still one of the best games on the 360.

Mass Effect, Lost Odyssey, for sure. If you do the side quests and get into the history and background of the planets and races Mass Effect is easily a 20+ hour game. With Lost Odyssey your looking at 40+ hours and a great story. Just those 2 will have you busy for a bit. Love Dead Rising, really fun, and its cheap. I heard Culdcept Saga is great but waiting to pick it up, currently still playing Lost Odyssey, (I LOVE IT)!! Gears may be short, but you owe it to yourself to break it in, prior to GOW2 being released. The game is just plain SICK!
