You know what's funny?  One developer on that list has sold as many or more games with 2 games in the last 10 years than almost all the other developers have combined over the same period with all of their games combined.  Take a guess who that is.

 I give that post a  9.5.

You're not giving Yokoi enough credit.  He was also Miyamoto's mentor and produced Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr., and Mario Bros. for him, basically showing him the ropes.  He invented the D-Pad for fuck's sake.  His Game Boy team made the Super Mario Land games, Metroid II, and DR. MARIO.  He made the Game Boy, which dominated harder than any other gaming system ever made.  He made R.O.B. and the Virtual Boy and the Game & Watch.  His R&D1 team made Kid Icarus, Metroid, and Fire Emblem.  Then with Intelligent Systems he produced even more magic.  Then he made the WonderSwan.

Since 1990 or 1991 or so, more kids have been able to recognize Mario than Mickey Mouse. What the hell has Mickey Mouse been doing recently anyway?  Has he been in anything other than Fantasia recently?  You only see him if you walk around Disneyland.  He's old and busted and forgotten.  Mario keeps pumping out solid gold material with no signs of slowing down.
