On the way home from work today I thought of something interesting...

For the next generation of video game consoles, what would happen in Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft all produce similiar consoles in terms of graphics, processing power, and input(controllers, motion sensing, etc) and all of their consoles cost the same. Which one would sell more?

My bet is Nintendo because gamers would have Nintendo games + third party games. Assuming that third party devs. put forth equal effort for each console.

Um that is assuimg that the Wii wins this gen then the next nintendo one would win, however if it came from last gen off of the ps2 then Sony would win. Bc of third party support.

Well, rudyrsr8, I think it's safe to assume Wii will win this generation..

You never know, but I'd go with Nintendo too.
