hopefully something doesnt happen and Bush declares war on the terrorists before he is out... then again he might be going into Iran before his end.
Bush Would only do something if it was threat for the USA... So far I know Albanians, Serbians and Kosvonians, Kosovenians (damned what is the word?) aren't a threat at all....

They were going to leave... but decided not to... basically everything they controlled though will be taken over by Kosovo. They've basically given it the "go ahead" to be a country... condoining the actions (if unofficially) and siding with Kosovo once and for all.
