Forums - Microsoft - Selling ps3 For 360 and i can get 4 games

Im selling my ps3 because im not to happy with the recent anouncement of rpgs going ms and the fact that mgs4 didnt do what i hope it would.Im tired of waiting for games and 360 to me has the better lineup this year.What model console should i get and what 4 games should i purchase that are exclusives.Ill admit the ps3 is a cool machine but a cool machine is nothing when the other console has a bigger better library.

 

im a big fan of shooters and rpgs what should i purchase.

Get an Elite or a Pro. If you are strictly worried about budget go with a Core, but I don't think anyone would recommend it to you.

Gears of War is of course very good, and Bioshock is really fun. If you are a Halo fan, get Halo, if you are not, don't. COD 4 is a better game anyways, so that might be your best bet.

You might like Mass Effect. It is a pretty interesting Shooter/RPG hybrid, although I think it is a tad bit overrated. Ninja Gaiden 2 should be pretty badass too, even if you aren't that big of a fan of the genre. Once again check out the demo.

Check out Lost Odyssey if you like JRPG's. It is the best one out on the 360 yet. Play the demo for Blue Dragon. If you like what you see either rent or buy it. Eternal Sonata is worth a look too. There is also a demo for that.

Gears of War 1 - wait for the pack to come out later this month with the extra content.

Lost Odyssey.

You should rent - frontlines fuel of war and check it out, its made by the creators of battlefield desert combat and they did work on battlefield 2.

Ninja Gaiden if thats your kind of thing.

Halo 3 of course.

Blue dragon/eternal sonata if thats your kind of thing as well.

Edit: Yea get a Pro and Mass effect. So my top picks for you are - Halo 3, Mass effect, Lost odyssey, Gears of war (New pack with DLC later this month)

What do you mean by MGS4 didn't do what you hope it would?

I am sorry you are unhappy with a recent announcement concerning rpgs and I hope you have a wonderful relationship with your soon to be 360. IMO you should keep your PS3 and save up to get a 360 so you can enjoy games on both consoles.

Mass Effect
Bioshock
Gears of War
Lost Odyssey

They are the four games I would get, all should be fairly cheap by now.
When you want more games check out:

-Eternal Sonata
-Dead Rising
-Kameo
-Halo 3
-Saint's Row
-GTAIV

And at the end of the year you MUST play Banjo Kazooie, Gears of War 2 and especially FABLE 2!!!!

Congratulations on your purchase.

If you can afford it, get an Elite because of extra downloadable capabilities. If not, a Pro will do fine.

Your a big fan of shooters and rpgs.... then why are you getting rid of your Ps3?

Just save up money to buy a 360 and enjoy both consoles. Each will have their exclusive shooters and rpgs.
