Wow! Looks great.

Can' get over Danny Elfman's amazing theme, shame TDK's Batman theme couldn't come out in time for this though.

Looks to be like Batman: The Animated Series, which is my second favorite Batman rendition behind Begins. Looks awesome.

To my knowledge, no specific release data has been announced yet. So far, the only thing we know is that it's coming out by the end of the year. Should be a very successful game then, especially on the system where people really like Lego games (*hint* *hint*).
