So i'm in the middle of a online match of gears of war, after a few rounds into the match it kicked me out of the online game, so i'm thinking i lost connection to the host or the host quit. after the load time passed instead of it saying i lost connections to the host it said and i quote ? your XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT IS BEING USED BY ANOTHER GAMER? what the hell does that mean, have u guys experienced this and what should i do?

Have you gone online on another XBOX 360? They may be using your profile to play online for free. All they need is your saved profile. Go to XBOX.com. Search for your profile, and see what you've been doing recently. That should, at least, help you find the culprit. Or call Microsoft.

i played on another console but i used my hdd, so they couldn't have any saved information of mine, or could they?
