Im intrested to know what people think about the ideas/principles of the NHS, and if you dont like it, what you think would be better.

Personally, i think the NHS is a fantastic thing, having free and open to all healthcare can only benefit a country, although the NHS is far from perfect, i think its alot better than the alternative of paying for healthcare, healthcare is a fundemental human right, and therefore should be free and open to all.

I'm not very up to date on the subject but I feel universal healthcare, with options to buy into better independent plans if one wants is a great idea.
