I haven't read any reviews, but I'm guessing that people who score this an 8, just want regular games, not the weird Kojima ones.
A mate told me about a cutscene that over one and a half hour long (I punched him for spoiling, btw), so I'm guessing there are gamers that are just not into that stuff.

Not that I want ALL my games to be as weird as MGS, but that's what I like about this series, it's unique.

In the end, I don't agree or disagree with ANY of the reviews. That's something you can only do after you've finished it.

Really strange to see such a big difference actually, 8 and 9.9 (WTF???)

 The 8/10 review is a joke.  The reviewer: ' I don't like the MGS franchise, I am happy that it ends here' Etc...
