meh it never has good singers. Bad dancers, singers and never anybody who can represent your country properly.

Can a country pick a famous singer from there nation to go into the eurovision song contest because i dont think i have ever seen a famous person in this competition.

Well to be fair it seems like the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany and France don't even try to put up a decent presentation. While i liked UK's song it was a bit too... 80's? A bit too... bland?

Eurovision is not a song contest, even if the name says so. You need the whole package to win that thing.

Most famous (read: good) singers do not opt for the Eurovision for one single reason. It's like playing "are you smarter then a 5th grader". Either you win and you show you're toughness by beating a 10 year old, or you lose and be shamed forever.

Most famous people simply do not want to get burned by a loss on the eurovision as it can only tarnish their reputation. If competing alone wouldn't do that already by now.
