The annoying part is when reviewers are supposedly excited about a game until they review it. Most of the time a game is highly hyped, it turns out to be at least above average.

I'm guessing Lair. Actually I found Lair quite amusing as well, largely because of the fact that it was hyped by so many to be the start of PS3 domination.
I'm just meh about this one. I had never really payed any attention to the game in the first place.
@Windbane. You're kidding right? Previews are almost always positive no matter how ridiculously bad the game is. It must be good for business or something.

lol,,I hoped not much,,and i think it's safe to say it will be ported to 360 (after bad reviews it will sell bad and FR wants some money)
this is worse than lair (casue lair got 6.5 from IGN)
I just don't know why dev team kept saying they don't need sony's help in development in their interviews,,,from the review it's obvious that they did infact need sony's help.

Too hyped? This game has been getting "meh" reactions from FPS fans and journalists alike ever since the first time gameplay was shown. The only reason anybody hyped this was because they had faith in Free Radical, and even those people were few and far between.
Killzone 2, however, has recieved positive reactions because everyone who's played it has really enjoyed it, and it looks awesome. We already know the graphics will be stellar (something IGN knocked Haze heavily for), and the story should be pretty good as well, as it was one of the areas in which Killzone and Killzone: Liberation did quite nicely.
