I'm going to say a fairly certain, no.

Although Phantasy Star Online is pretty close but i think that has single player.

Mostly MMOs. Final Fantasy XI is out already. Age of Conan(MMORPG) comes in September. Champions Online(MMORPG) is a TBA 2008 right now but could swing into next year. Huxley(FPS MMO) and APB(GTA-like MMO), two more MMOs will hit next year. There are other titles that only have a single player to shut people up and the only real component to bother with is the multiplayer.

Tag: Became a freaking mod and a complete douche, coincidentally, at the same time.

I believe Shadowrun is a multi-player only game for the 360 and only Vista capable (unless cracked) on the PC. Howver, I don't know how well it's doing when it comes to sales and popularity.

I believe it's like Counter-Strike (as well as a Warcraft modded server).
