Okay, it may not be the case in most jurisdictions, but most of the killings in these games, barring missions, would count as manslaughter. Of course if you are planning on killing someone, that would be murder, but in most cases, don't you just wack some of the digital people on a whim? Heck, if some are shooting at you, it's justifiable homicide.

Of course mass manslaughter will count as mass murder, but that's what the Pay 'N Spray is for. Duh. 

90% of games feature manslaughter. Zelda features manslaughter. And who is Glenn Beck? Did Glenn Close get married or something? He, I'm so dumb...

I'm pretty sure to be charged with manslaughter you have to have killed a human. It's not called moblinslaughter...

 Most of the Zelda games features pigs/imps/or empty armors as enemies, as far as I can remenber you varely touch a human on a Zelda game, Ganondorf...edit, and he usually dies as a monster... except in TP and WW...

Well first he was a pig, and now he's arguably closer to a god ever since he got the Triforce of Power, and you never really kill him just beat him and seal him away since he's immortal.

I know very little about the Zelda franchise, so that probably wasn't the best example. Don't you kill Gerudos at some point in one of the games?

 Nop, you don't kill Gerudos, you just knock them off (with little starts or small birds on top of their heads...) but in the Proccess you kill two evil witches which btw go to heaven...

I take everything seriously, or at least that's my policy pertaining to this specific thread. And I fear for myself should I watch that clip.
