I've ran about 7 miles once, but I will try to better this before hopefully taking part in the London Marathon.

i did like 10km 2 years ago straight... but now i can't do that kind of distance without stopping for a breather.. now i can only do between 4-5km straight
*sigh*, i've let myself go

25 km back in the day.  After recovering from smashing a part of my kneecap i never got back into it.  I mainly blame the fact that I no longer live in the countryside for the lack of desire to jog (I would much rather be running through the forest, up and down a mountain, around a lake, etc.  As opposed to running past cars and crackheads.)  Now I just hop on the exercycle whenever I play a videogame.

9 miles once when I was 17. Since then I've done 5 every once in a blue moon.
