These forums are the only ones I regularly visit. They're relatively calm compared to most, so I don't mind the "console war" too much. There are still a few members I absolutely can't stand and a few more that need to grow up, but those types will always exist. Some people just don't respect other people's opinions.
I like what you're selling... but I think you'll find the majority want the thrill of the argument.
I have to admit that what I think of as the 'car crash' threads that explode around PS3 vs 360 can be very entertaining reads, and it amazes me at the energy some people put into their views.
Such threads are rarely about the Wii, those that are seem to be more about complaining that reviewers and 360/PS3 gamers don't get (or look down on) its games.
Still, as a 'Gamerdad' or whatever the phrase is, most of the time this site seems to remain a better place to watch car crashes than most others, so there is that. And many threads are actually well discussed.
And with that I'm going back to my PC for a change of pace!
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

yeh i feel the same way ..but it seems lately its been gettin worse
