This shows anyone is willing to sue for anything. Even common injuries. These stupid lawsuits are getting out of hand.
it sucks for the kid and his upkeep would require money, but that lawsuits a joke. They might as well add the maker of the baseball, the seller of the baseball, the owner of the field, etc. Absolutly no-one is at fault for this therefore no-one should be sued.
Poor kid but that was just a freak accident and just a part of the risk of playing sports. But yeah, we americans sue for pretty much anything. No hot water in the bathroom of a resturant? sued. Mcdonalds coffee too hot? sued. Its really ridiculous
