I really don't get it..

drive around the city at night. chase point in broker is the games prostitute capital so go their. find a girl walking on the sidewalk whos is wearing a short skirt or something honk your horn at her shell ask you if you want a good time press L1 or LB depending on which console you have it for to accept. she will then get in your car. drive her to someplace quiet and lonely for example a back alley then stop it will then say press L1/LB to cycle through services select a service and watch your car bounce up and down and niko and the prostitute getting it on

Try taking the hooker back to your place and see what happens, and i could never really find the hookers in the game, i only ever found one and that was in the first hour i played the game. And yes i did look all over the map, driving up and down every street.
