 minority? 15+million steam users, 12 million Sims 2 players, 10 million WoW players, at least, 15 million other MMO players, 700,000 Battefield players, over 30 million online FPS gamers, and million upon millions upon millions of other gamers playing other genres and indie titles. I will straight up say the minority is the console gamers.

Remember which type of gaming has the league that is close to being as big as the NFL? Thats right it is PC GAMING.

Show me concrete numbers of acual gaming sales please. Not some numbers you just pulled out of your ass to try and prove, "PC domination".  I'm willing to bet atleast 75% of those WoW are playing games other than WoW.  30 million online FPS user? That number is saturated, because those "30 million" users, could have anywhere in between 1-10 different FPS games. Set your fanboyism aside for a minute, god damn.

If you want to talk about gaming Software sales Nintendo DS is pissing on PC as we speak. *drip drip*

 

As far as casual games Nintendo wii is dominating Sims. Wii fit will be the final nail in the coffin.

Pc gaming is like the NFL?

More like the Arena football league.


Every single day PC is losing users to consoles.

There are the few who will live and die by the PC and they are the minority.

Don't get me wrong SSJ12, I use my PC for PC only games.

For example Blizzard games.

 lol the game is AudioSurf. It was made by one guy. An indie developer. He put his game on Steam. The game has outsold Half-Life.

You never heard of it because you have no idea how big PC gaming is. Let alone pay any attention from the general fact me and Naz have talked about it on these message boards 100000 times as being the best budget title ever created.

On PS2,Xbox,360,PS3 and PC.

Not on PC alone.

I dont know what the hell your talking about SSJ12.

I just googled audio surf and only 800k results popped up.

And I googled Red Steel and got 3.5 million results.

That is how you can tell which is more popular. Correct me if im wrong.

I am coming in late to this argument, but the real winer this generations, is Gamers.

You used to need a 2000+ PC to play PC games. Now you can make a $500 PC Winner: Gamer.

The Wii has a radically new game play style. Winner: Gamer.

The PS3 has the best visuals ever seen for $400. Winner: Gamer.

The 360 has the best online play ever seen for $350. Winner: Gamer.
