Forums - General - I'm tired, hungry and all alone (Technical support problems)

So after two hours on the phone with a non-videogaming company's technical support, after having been transfered from sales (I dialed the wrong number) to Tech support level 1, who after a few minutes transfered me to level 2, who eventually transfered me to level 3 who could really really help me. We found the problem and he walked off to discuss a solution with engineers and at some point my line disconnected.

The level 2 guy in India has my secondary call-back number (primary phone and fax is what I'm trying to fix), but the level 3 in NJ does not. My only solution, since I don't want to jump through the various levels again only to have to reexplain everything was to use and online fax program to randomly fax technical support staff' fax machine.

So now I have to wait until someone stumbles on the fax and determines its not a prank and calls me back. Hopefully, it will be the guy who consulted the engineers. I might never get a call back though. I've been waiting about 30 minutes

Meanwhile, I am lonely (no other person is left in the office building as it is 20:00 (8pm) on a friday evening), hungry (since I expected to be back home 2 hours ago) and not really tired, but anxious to be done with my day.

EDIT: unfortunatetly , I did not bring my PSP or Dostoyevsky'sThe Idiot today since I figured I would not have time to be bored today, :(

Around the Network

ironic no one has posted on your tread. Kind of funny.

Sad but true. I just wanted to vent. I got a different guy when I called back. All will apparently be fixed with some changes to the router. Unfortunately, the people who take care of the router are gone away for a three day Canadian holiday.

All should be well again on Tuesday.

r bless, sorry just a random coment i no lol
