This isn't my main account i've been forced to acess this one because I can't get my old one back , anyone know what I can do ? I'm sure the email adress is right but Vgchartz won't send me my password (which I forgot) , it's not in the junk folder either .

I used to get emails from Vgchartz whenever I forgot my password but now the emails have stopped , what have I done to deserve this :(.
