That actually is not a bad idea at all. Microsoft should go for that. Something like 1000 GS points is 10 MS points... Wouldn't put them out of business and would ensure all future multi-platform games are purchased on 360.


So you'd need 40,000 GS to get a 400 point game? That hardly seems worth it on anybody's part.  10MS is 12.5 cents.  I'll pay the extra 12 cents. 


For this to be worth it, it has to be 10GS=1MP. That way, you need 8,000 Gamerscore for 800 points (1 full XBLA game). Avatar would then have a significant bump in sales lol. The record is currently around 300,000 Gamerscore I think, that means this guy will get 30,000 MP which is cool enough.

For GTA4, I got 1000 MP free from my HMV pre-order. Giving out free MP is a great strategy for MS in my opinion + it helps to sell games.

the nintendo wii will outsell the ps3 and the 360 combined by the end of 2008.                           

        PS3 will out sell the 360 june 2010.                                                                      

  GOTY of 2008 is super smash brothers brawl.... hopefully.

Something tells me they have kept alot back for 2nd half of the year. I think there will be some big announcements especially to take light off MGS4 and KZ2. I think Alan Wake will be there as will BK3 playable. Maybe US price drop and Forza 3. Also Peter Jacksons Halo project(considering PJ said the graphics will blow all else away).
