This means nothing. God of War 3 will probably be released during the holiday season of 09, but the sooner the better.

It could, but if GoW and GoWII are good indicators, I wouldn't be surprised if it will be released for Spring '09.

Also, again, why do people think Killzone 2 will in fact launch in February 2009, worldwide? Both Sony and Guerilla Games have yet to clarify this.

All three previous God of Wars have been released in March.

That being said, this is nothing more than a placeholder date based on that trend.

Maybe. I drew a blank on what they would have for December. I just though maybe they'd give the hits a one month break :)

True. All 3 previous God of War games have been released on the month of March. It would be nice to continue the trend of releasing the GoW games on March. Hopefully they'll be some sort of announcement on E3.
